My name is Jaylen, also known as JaylenMica. I am a film maker, videographer, and writer based in Philadelphia, but I have roots in South Florida, Birmingham, and Tallahassee.

I’ve had a love for film, storytelling, and the arts since I was 10, when I got my first digital camera—I’ve been creating ever since.

Inspired by films like Kill Bill, Moonlight, and Paris is Burning, I hope to bring a level of depth and authenticity to every story—whether it’s documentary, fiction, or photography.
