For my 10th birthday, my grandmother purchased me my first camera— a blue digital Kodak. I took pictures, videos, selfies. Literally documented everything and loved it.

Since finding it again in 2020 during the start of the pandemic, I have taken it upon myself to pick up where 10 year old me left off.

This is an archive (or vault) of some of that media (although, I did collect more digital cameras as I got older).

My hope is that through this media, you’ll be able to feel some of the big (and not so big) feelings I had throughout my adolescence and 20-somethings.

*disclaimer: still in my 20-somethings so I’m sure there’s more to add.

Although these photos are taken at random points in time from 2010-2026, my camera would only sometimes show the date but always have the incorrect date. Maybe it’s metaphor for time not being linear (and clearly, I love a metaphor.)
